The home of hi-tech industries is the front line in the battle for gender equality in the workplace. A recent study showed just one in 10 senior positions there are held by women. So what are the biggest barriers to top-level promotion? Research shows men speak significantly more in meetings than women. Artificial intelligence specialist Rumman Chowdury and software engineer Natalia Margolis have designed an app called ''all.ai'' to help change that.
