Grayling under fire over Northern Rail

Labour MP Lisa Nandy says the Transport Secretary Chris Grayling must understand the "scale of the crisis" surrounding Northern Rail. Speaking ahead of an expected urgent question by Labour in the House of Commons, she said "people's lives are being ruined" in the north of England.
