Minister promises help for Rolls Royce workers
The engineering firm, Rolls Royce, is cutting 4,600 jobs over the next two years.
Most of the posts that will close are management roles and support staff at the company's base in Derby.
The government says it will work with the firm to help people who lose their jobs.
