Speaking as part of 5 Live鈥檚 #sextakeover, the UKs biggest conversation about sex, model Munroe Bergdorf shared her experiences and advice on how to make an open relationship work:

"I think it's all about trust. It's all about transparency."

"Making sure that you're on the same page and you're not doing anything behind each other's back," said the 31-year-old.

"If someone says I'm not comfortable with you doing this... then don't go and do that anyway. I think it's about the boundaries you set a couple. Not comparing that to anybody else.鈥�
