Dame Kelly Holmes: 'Embrace who you are'
Olympic Gold Medalist, Dame Kelly Holmes, told a crowd of female athletes to "embrace who you are, how you look" in a message of body positivity.
In a special Friday Sports Panel, she encouraged all women that they "should not care" what other people think of them.
