Hayley Kemp from Plymouth tells the story of a horrific childhood following the death of her mum when she was five years old.

Abused by some of those who should have cared for her most and left to live with a sex-worker before she was sixteen, she now works with migrants, drawing on her own experiences to help her connect with others who have suffered.
