Coronavirus: How can Covid-19 affect the brain?
Some Covid-19 patients have experienced blood clots leading to strokes. Pathologist Mary Fowkes examined patients who had died and found blood clots in the brain and other organs. Unusually these occurred in young people as well as the elderly.
