Starmer rebukes Johnson for 'devolution criticism'
Sir Keir Starmer has rebuked the prime minister for comments he is said to have made criticising devolution.
The Labour leader said devolution was "one of the proudest achievements of the last Labour government".
Boris Johnson in turn accused the SNP of using devolution not to improve constituents' lives, but to constantly "campaign for the break up of our country".
