For the first time in 20 years, the Philadelphia District Attorney鈥檚 Office is charging an on-duty police officer with murder. The officer, Ryan Pownall, is accused of shooting an unarmed man, David Jones, three times in the back as he ran away.
The police union supports the officer and pledge to get him back on the force. Tensions erupt once again between Philly鈥檚 DA and the police.
