What does Ukraine conflict mean for Afghanistan?
International Rescue Committee President David Miliband says the war in Ukraine risks exacerbating existing humanitarian crises around the world.
"The great danger is that the literally starving people in Afghanistan and others in desperate need in other parts of the world also pay the price of Russian aggression in Ukraine," Mr Miliband told Hardtalk鈥檚 Stephen Sackur.
