What does Ukraine conflict mean for Afghanistan?
International Rescue Committee President David Miliband says the war in Ukraine risks exacerbating existing humanitarian crises around the world.
"The great danger is that the literally starving people in Afghanistan and others in desperate need in other parts of the world also pay the price of Russian aggression in Ukraine," Mr Miliband told Hardtalk鈥檚 Stephen Sackur.

The International Rescue Committee responds to the world's worst humanitarian crises, including those in Afghanistan, Yemen and Ethiopia.
Before the Russian invasion, the IRC says there were more than 82 million displaced people worldwide - the highest number ever recorded.
