Ukrainian MP: We are not scared of Russian blackmail

If Russian President Vladimir Putin was attempting to scare Ukrainians with the announcement of a partial troop mobilisation he has not succeeded, the chair of the Ukrainian Parliament's EU Integration Committee has told the 成人论坛.

President Putin is calling up hundreds of thousands of reservists after suffering setbacks on the battlefield.

In a televised address to the nation, the Russian president also accused the West of engaging in "nuclear blackmail" and warned he has "lots of weapons to reply."
