Snooker: Selby's Virtual World Title
It's the World Championships 2023, with Mark Selby searching for his 5th title.
But it could be argued that he already has 5 world titles to his name. Send your mind back to 2020, and the Covid-19 pandemic.
The country was in lockdown, so the tournament couldn't go ahead when it was planned. However, snooker decided to get inventive and go with the times, creating the Virtual World Tour.
It saw the games played on the Playstation Snooker 19 game, with the players represented by a gamer.
And the good news is, our own Jester from Leicester Mark Selby was crowned champion - at the time, his '4th' world title.
He was represented by Scott Edwards, who Jack called for a chat.. But he didn't realise there was somebody else waiting on the call.
Scott started by telling him about the tense final 3-2 win against John Higgins...
