Liverpool has a new Gold Medallist!
Dylan Beaumont, a 23-year-old teaching assistant from Cavendish View School in Liverpool, has just brought immense pride to the school and the city, securing Gold and Silver medals at the World Dwarf Games held recently in Cologne.
Dylan showcased his athletic prowess by clinching Gold in the Javelin and a commendable Silver in Power Lifting, lifting an impressive 55kg, which is more than his own body weight.
David North spoke to Dylan and first asked him if he expected to win.
