Boris Nadezhdin: 'We have to stop killing each other'
Boris Nadezhdin is a Russian politician who says he has enough signatures to stand against Vladimir Putin for President of Russia in March 2024. His main priority, to stop the war in Ukraine. Speaking to Newshour's Rebecca Kesby, he explained why he has decided to stand.
