Maria Butina: 'We have fair and honest elections' in Russia

Maria Butina is a member of the state Duma for President Putin's United Russia party. She's well placed to compare Russia's version of democracy with that practiced in western countries. She used to live in the United States and in 2018 was convicted of acting as an 'unregistered foreign agent' of Russia. But after five months in prison she was released in a prisoner swap with Russia. Newshour's Julian Marshall spoke to Ms Butina as she was on her way to cast her vote in Moscow. So who will she be voting for?
