“It’d be a historic moment for them to go up those steps at Wembley and lift that trophy.â€

Former England goalkeeper Rachel Brown-Finnis joined us in the 5 Live Breakfast studio to look ahead to the Women's FA Cup final on Sunday.

Manchester United take on Tottenham at Wembley and it'll be live on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One and 5 Live.

Manchester United lost 1-0 to Chelsea in last year's final.

Rachel played in two Women’s FA Cup finals, winning with Everton in 2010.

“Both teams are worthy of their final places, so it’s about managing those emotions.â€

Rachel said she’d give Manchester United the edge because they have players like Mary Earps and Ella Toone who were part of the England team that won the European Championships final in 2022.

“Favourite [are] Manchester United, certainly, but for either team it’d be a historic moment on Sunday for them to go up those steps at Wembley and lift that trophy.â€
