13-year-old Isobel from Congleton is preparing to sing and sign Take That's Never Forget as part of the Children in Need Choir. She was born profoundly deaf in one ear and is supported by a charity that gets vital funding from Children in Need. Her mum Suzanne says she can't put into words how proud she is of Isobel.
