In a recent report on the cosmetics industry, Deloitte found that 鈥渟mall is the new big鈥 and that 鈥済lobal brands are losing share as small brands and disruptors are gaining鈥. So why have we fallen out of love with the beauty behemoths, and what do smaller brands have that the bigger ones don鈥檛?
