St听 Edmundsbury Borough Council have decided to name this week Zero Waste Week, to try and get people in West Suffolk to reduce the amount of rubbish they bung in their black bins. One of our listeners, Karen Cannard, decided to take up the challenge, and has been writing a blog about her experiences. It's听called The Rubbish Diet and each day this week she鈥檒l be giving us her tips on how to slim your bin.听
