With Orlando the Marmalade Cat, writer and illustrator Kathleen Hale created some of the most popular children's books of the 1940s and 50s.

Jenni is joined by writer Margaret Drabble to talk about Kathleen's unconventional Bohemian life and the enduring appeal of her Orlando books for adults and children alike.
