Ibsen's play, Ghosts was written in 1881, and when first performed outraged its audiences with its open acknowledgement and portrayal of sexuality.
In the English Touring Theatre's production of Ghosts, Diana Quick takes the part of Mrs Alving, the woman, who unlike her famous predecessor Nora, decided not to slam the door and leave her philandering husband.
Diana Quick joins Jenni to tell her about her role and to discuss why Ibsen's play is still so relevant today.
