Two mentoring charities have recently refocused their advertising to attract more men.
Women mentors outnumber men by 10 to 1 in most schemes. However, male mentors are desperately needed since the vast majority of 'at risk' children are boys.
But with the current concerns about paedophilia, how can more male mentors be attracted to sign up? And how can parents be reassured that it's a safe option for their child?
