Inspired by a dream, Kate King has changed the lives of hundreds of teenagers across the country.
The simple scheme encourages children on inner city estates to get involved in community life. She won the 2002 "Exceptional woman of the year award" for her inspiring projects.
We visit Salford's Dreamscheme to find out what makes it so successful.
