Sunflowers With their huge yellow petals and deep black centres, sunflowers are the most striking of blooms.
Beloved of Van Gogh and Gauguin, they are a joy to paint, but as the lecturer and author Justine Hopkins explains sunflowers represent much more than just beauty.
