Do women in the film industry face a celluloid ceiling?

As the London Film Festival gets underway the organisation Women in Film and Television are holding a special event to look at why female directors still find it hard to break into the mainstream film making.
Martha is joined by Sharon McGuire, Director of Bridget Jones' Diary, and Jane Cussons, Chief Executive of Women in Film and Television to discuss what can be done to put more women behind the camera.
