It used to be that bedtime for children was after their favourite television programme at 7.30 or 8 o'clock but nowadays children have a myriad of distractions that keep them awake and they are going to bed increasingly late.
What effect is this having on school age children and should we be doing more to encourage our children to rest rather than work and play?
