We'd love to celebrate your Rambles by showing as many as we can in a special Countryfile Ramble for ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need programme to be shown on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ One on Sunday, 03 November 

For your chance to feature in the programme take a video of your ramble (ideally filmed in landscape orientation) of where you're walking and then send it to us.  

Please include the following info:  

• Your name  

• Where you are  

• Who you're walking with (let them share the limelight as well)  

• Tell us what challenging yourself means to you and why it's important.  

This year marks the 10th anniversary of the Countryfile Ramble in aid of ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Children in Need. The idea behind this year’s Rambles is “challenge yourself”. 

So get your Ramble on and share it with us for a chance to feature in the programme! Video submissions close 10am Saturday, 19 October 2024. 

Here are some filming tips to get you started...  

• Try filming ‘selfie’ style so that we can see yourself talking as well as any other people walking with you  

• Try flipping your phone/camera around and video what you are seeing on your Ramble to show us where you are walking  

• Try pointing your camera down while you are walking to show us your feet!   

• Hold shots for 20 secs minimum  

• Ideally film in landscape (not portrait)
