Shows: what ID should I bring with me on the day?

All ticket holders attending shows at all venues must bring valid photo ID in order to gain admittance. If your photo ID does not match the name on the ticket you will not be admitted.

Every additional guest aged 18 and above must also bring a form of photo ID from our approved list. Please note that all guests must be accompanied by the named ticket holder to ensure entry.

Photo ID must be original and in date (copies and out of date ID won’t be accepted). If you cannot provide this proof you will be refused entry.

Valid forms of ID are:

Passport
Driving licence
Biometric Residents permit
Citizen card
Validate UK ID card
HM Forces ID card
Police warrant card
Photographic travel card (eg. Freedom Pass)
Voter Authority Certificate

Please note that only adults aged 18 or over need to bring ID on the day – it is not required for children under 18, although anyone who looks younger than the specified age limit for a show may be required to show proof of age in order to be admitted.
