If you've recently applied for a show and haven't received an email from us confirming that your ticket application has been received, it is possible that a technical issue has prevented your application being submitted successfully or is preventing your confirmation email being received, or it may be that you typed your email address incorrectly when entering your details.

In the event that you don鈥檛 receive a confirmation of application and have checked that our emails aren鈥檛 being filtered out of your inbox, we suggest that you re-submit your application.
If you have received a confirmation email then your request will have been received successfully. Please note this does not necessarily mean that you will receive tickets.
