Michael is on the lookout for members of the public to surprise in a variety of brand-new ambitious stunts as well as finding super talented performers to be the Unexpected Stars of the Show.聽

If you would like to secretly nominate someone to be part of the show, please choose from the options below.聽

Please note all of the below are for a surprise so nominations must be kept a secret.

Unexpected Star of the Show - Do you know someone who is an amazing performer? If so and you would like to give them the opportunity to have their moment in the spotlight and show the nation their special talent, then nominate them below.聽

Big Show Audience Surprise - Michael is on the lookout for people to surprise friends, family or workmates for the surprise of a lifetime. If you know someone who would react brilliantly to being surprised by Michael and the Big Show team, then we would love to hear from you.聽

Unexpected Young Star of the Show聽- Do you know a young person with a phenomenal musical talent? If you would like to secretly nominate them to be our Unexpected Young Star of the Show, then select this option on the application form.聽
