Your browser saves information from web pages to help them load more quickly next time you visit them – this is known as a cache. If you’re experiencing problems with the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds website or ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds app on your mobile or tablet, try signing out of your account and clearing the cache.
Windows
Google Chrome
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- Click the Chrome menu button on the browser toolbar (three vertical dots) and select 'Clear browsing data'
- Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Select 'Beginning of time' to delete everything
- Select the tick boxes for the types of information that you want to remove
- Click 'Clear browsing data'
Firefox
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- Click on the Menu button (three horizontal lines on the top right), then select 'Settings'
- From the menu choices on the left, select 'Privacy & Security'
- In the 'Cookies and Site Data' section, click 'Clear Data'
- Select 'Cached Web Content'
- Click 'Clear'
Edge
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- Click on the Menu button (three dots on the top right), then select 'Settings'
- Choose 'Privacy, search, and services'Â from the left-hand menu
- Under 'Clear browsing data'Â select 'Choose what to clear'
- Choose a time range to remove. 'All time'Â will clear all of your browser cache.Â
- Tick 'Cookies and other site data'
- Click 'Clear now'
Apple Macintosh
Safari
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- In the Safari menu, select 'Clear History' and 'Website Data'
Firefox
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- In the Firefox menu, go to 'Tools' and select 'Clear Private Data'
- Ensure the 'Cache' box is ticked
- Click 'Clear Private Data Now'
Google Chrome
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- In the Chrome menu, select 'Clear Browsing Data'
- Select the checkboxes for the types of information you wish to remove
- Use the 'Clear data from this period' menu to select the amount of data you want to delete
- Click 'Clear Browsing Data'
iPad or iPhone
Safari
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- Open the 'Settings' app on your iPad or iPhone
- Scroll down the list of options on the left and tap on 'Safari'
- On the right, choose 'Clear History and Website Data'
³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds app
- Sign out of your ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ account (click on your account name and select 'Sign out' then 'Continue')
- Delete and reinstall the app. Please bear in mind that this will remove any programmes you have downloaded. When you reinstall, you will need to download these again

³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds app
- Long-press on the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds app then select 'App info'
- Under 'Storage and cache,' choose 'Clear cache'
If you continue to have problems after clearing the cache, try clearing the storage. There are two ways to do this.Â
- Long-press on the ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ Sounds app then select 'App info'
- Under 'Storage and cache,' choose 'Clear storage'*

*Please bear in mind that clearing the storage/deleting the app will remove any programmes you have downloaded, so you will need to download these again
