Wales captain Aaron Ramsey has been 鈥渂ack on the grass鈥 in his recovery from a hamstring injury that could see him back for Cardiff City within a month.
Ramsey, 33, was ruled out for up to 10 weeks after suffering the problem in Wales鈥 2-1 Nations League win in Montenegro at the start of September.
It saw him ruled out of this week鈥檚 game with Iceland and the return fixture with Montenegro, as well as missing the Bluebirds' last five Championship matches.
But Cardiff interim manager Omer Riza has provided an update on the midfielder鈥檚 return, saying: 鈥淗e鈥檚 been out on the grass a couple of times.
鈥淗e has still got three or four weeks of rehab. It鈥檚 a slow process.
"He鈥檚 very professional, he wants to get himself fit and does it in the way he needs to do it. He鈥檒l follow the guidelines to get himself back to full fitness.鈥

Ramsey - who has won 86 caps for Wales scoring 21 goals - has linked up with the rest of Craig Bellamy鈥檚 squad in the build-up to this month's international double header.
It could leave the door open for the playmaker to be available for the final games of Wales鈥 campaign next month - against Turkey and Iceland.
But, with Erol Bulut having been sacked with Cardiff at the bottom of the Championship during his absence, the Bluebirds will be equally keen to get him back.
Wales face Iceland in Reykjav铆k on Friday (19:45 BST) before hosting Montenegro in Cardiff (19:45 BST) three days later.
