Suffolk murders 2006You are in: Suffolk > History > Suffolk murders 2006 > Suffolk murders: six months on Suffolk murders: six months onBy Alison Acton On 2 December 2006 a man working at a fish farm near the village of Hintlesham discovered the body of 25 year old Gemma Adams. It was the start of 10 days of horror, as more women disappeared in Ipswich and other bodies were discovered. It had a huge impact on the people in the community. But six months on, how do those in the town feel? What kind of impact did the events of December 2006 have? And is all now forgotten? I set out to try and answer some of those questions in a series of reports for the 成人论坛 Radio Suffolk breakfast show.
Help playing audio/video I think the main conclusion is that while no one living here will ever forget the women killed or the feeling of being here at that time, Ipswich has moved on and things are at least in some part back to normality. last updated: 20/06/2008 at 15:04 Have Your SayAre you feeling any long term effects from the Suffolk killings?
