Are you up for the challenge?For Sport Relief 2008 we're challenging you to do something sporty and raise cash at the same time. One way of getting involved is to have a go at the Sport Relief Mile, with events taking place across Suffolk on Sunday 16 March. Last Sport Relief saw David Walliams swim the English Channel in just 10陆 hours, while 12 brave stars learnt to show-jump for 'Only Fools on Horses'. The ultimate challenge is doing the Sport Relief Mile where hundreds of thousands of people across the country will take to the streets and go the distance. Ipswich's Sports Relief MileIpswich has been chosen as one of the country's flagship towns to host the Sport Relief Mile on Sunday 16 March 2008. Actually, you can run one, three or even six miles on the day. As an Ipswich Miler, you can look forward to a fun day out while raising mountains of cash. It all begins outside the football ground on Portman Road, where you can get limbered up, and enjoy the atmosphere before your mile starts. Mark Murphy gets ready for the mile run 成人论坛 Radio Suffolk's Mark Murphy will be broadcasting live from the event. Some of Mark's fellow presenters (and station Editor Peter Cook) will be amongst the thousands taking part in the mile run. The runners will be cheered on as they make their way through the surrounding streets, passing the Sir Alf Ramsey and Sir Bobby Robson statues as they go. When you cross the finishing line, you'll feel fantastic and, by getting sponsored, you'll have helped to change the world by miles too.
