What do you think about The Major? Let us know...

Good idea, but why swatting flies?. Does it represent unclean toilets?

Having lived in Ipswich for many years, I have moved away now, but I shall be looking out for the Major on my next visit, He looks like fun nice to see Suffolk Poeple have a sence of hum The Major looks like fun and I shall be looking out for him on my next visit to suffolk later this year. Whilst it's nice to see something new and different in the town, a bunch of giant flies on the wall of our public toilets doesn't inspire me to use them!

Like the Major idea for Major's Corner but the flies are repulsive. Considering these are new clean toilets, why stick 2 ugly big flies on them?

What a complete waste of taxpayers money!! Perhaps this would have been better spent on more crucial things.

In a town not particularly reknowned for its humour, it is pleasing to see The Major lighten things up a little.
