Two teenage students have the chance to try working as a tour guide for the day.
They are given tips from a boat captain and professional tour guide, before helping to describe the sights on the River Thames for passengers.
Labrinth then interviews the volunteers and discusses how the experience has helped them gain confidence.
This clip is from the series Labrinth's Speak Out.
