Ocarinas are first access instruments that offer musical progression and can be played well in whole-class ensembles by children aged six-to-12-years. The English 4-hole ocarina is the simplest of all tuned musical instruments, requiring minimal coordination of just the first two fingers.
Cover the four holes as shown in the tablature and the correct notes are guaranteed.
The have produced the below arrangements for use with English 4-hole and 6-hole ocarinas.
Each arrangement is self-contained with MP3 backings and copiable music sheets, suitable for other instruments as well as ocarinas.
Beethoven: Symphony No. 5 (1st movement) - Ocarina arrangement
Grieg: In the Hall of the Mountain King - Ocarina arrangement
