"I'm Sharon Austin and I like going to concerts, cooking, sewing ... you name it, anything like that. I also like going on my bike as well when the weather's fine. I go walking as well.
We're doing performing arts and this is where we make up our own pantomimes. I used to be in a drama group before, so I'm used to that kind of stuff ... and we have a go at karaoke.
That's my bike and there's my nephew Liam and my sister and my father.
I used to play table tennis before. When it comes off the table you've got to try and keep in time with the balls actually.
I couldn't do cross stitch like that at first, I could only do long stitch. But I was taught by this teacher in Bridgend Day Centre, where I used to be before and when she taught me to do it then, I've been doing it ever since. And this is one by here now that I started doing, but I haven't quite finished it yet.
That's one of my favourites. It's an angel. It's like flowers and leaves and there's like a border going around and I've used silver threads. People don't realise how much work goes into it and it's also time consuming.
I find it relaxes me and it gave me something to do.
This is my bedroom. I've got figures in my bedroom. You name it. I've got books and a tardis.
I think I've had a pretty fulfilling life I think. I've got lovely parents and a nice sister and a lovely brother and a lovely nephew. I couldn't wish for better than that."
