Wiley on:
Giving up grime:
鈥淚 retired from the grime scene because I felt it was time for me to move on and leave it to the young鈥檔s to take over and fly the flag.鈥
Leading the scene:
鈥淚 can鈥檛 because I鈥檝e got my own child. Image 鈥 if you鈥檙e a 鈥榞odfather鈥 in grime it means you鈥檙e like a dad to thousands of people and that鈥檚 impossible. That鈥檚 hard.鈥
Carrying on:
鈥淚 can keep being Wiley but it鈥檚 a really cold world. It鈥檚 a lonely world to be Wiley. You have to be on this ting everyday, and when people try it you have to run-up the radio. It鈥檚 a lot of stuff to be Wiley.鈥
Change:
鈥淭he four people at the top 鈥 Wiley, Lethal, Kano, Dizzee 鈥 don鈥檛 even work together so where鈥檚 the game going? The future鈥檚 not dead it just needs another new leader.鈥
Big 鈥楶鈥檚:
鈥淭here is money but there isn鈥檛 money in being an artist yet. Once I get over the wall 鈥 the business side 鈥 and turn it around for all the kids they鈥檒l be rich.鈥
His future:
鈥淚鈥檓 gonna work with Ice Kid (15). I鈥檓 gonna make sure he receives the gift. I鈥檓 not just gonna leave. I鈥檓 gonna plant seeds.鈥
