How to complain to Ofcom

A new 成人论坛 Royal Charter and Agreement was published in December 2016, which made Ofcom, not the 成人论坛 Trust, the independent regulator of the 成人论坛.

In most cases, you will need to complain to the 成人论坛 first. If you are not happy with the final response you receive from the 成人论坛, you can refer your complaint to Ofcom for consideration.

The 成人论坛 must comply with Ofcom’s Broadcasting Code, which sets out rules for the content of 成人论坛 television, radio and on demand programmes. You can find details on how to complain to Ofcom on its website.
