GCSE maths quizzes - explained

Try these quizzes based on GCSE maths past papers. By working your way through the maths questions created by experts, you can prepare for your maths exams and make your revision more interesting.

These questions are suitable for students working on GCSE maths studying any awarding body specification.

There are 50 exam-style questions and each activity contains ten questions. Go to the quiz that best suits your revision needs:

  • To practise laws of indices, place value and other topics go to quiz 1.
  • If you鈥檇 like to practise subtracting fractions, standard form and other topics go to quiz 2.
  • If you need to brush up on ratio, Venn diagrams and more maths topics have a go at quiz 3.
  • Go to quiz 4 if you鈥檇 like to practise significant figures, the surface area of a cylinder plus other maths topics.
  • Head to quiz 5 if you鈥檇 like to have a go at similar triangles and working out the equation of a line.
