Speaker 1: Right, guys, so I think it's about time that we had a new news piece for our website.
What I think's important is that we talk about and we discuss our most recent visit to Ghana.
Is there anything memorable that you can think of from the trip that you think is just really important to mention?
Speaker 2: Yeah. I think it would be very good to mention Saidu, who's been our main contact in Wayamba, or Tamale.
Speaker 3: Bringing back the lip balms and just showing it to the locals that, you know, 'A year ago, we bought shea butter from you and a year later, we're coming back and we're bringing you this product.'
Speaker 1: Absolutely. What I've done is, I've been looking through our photographs from the trip and I've kind of narrowed it down to a few.
Speaker 3: The child one is鈥 He just wants to grab it.
Speaker 1: Yeah, so this one of Leon here, I mean, trying his hardest, pounding away at the shea nuts.
Speaker 2: Listen, I was trying to make sure I didn't break anything!
Speaker 1: Yeah, you didn't even break a sweat! (THEY CHUCKLE)
OK, so I'm going to get on with it, then.
(TO AUDIENCE) Sharing ideas and brainstorming is a really good process for us because it allows us to bounce ideas off each other and allows us to be as creative as we can.

Speaker 2: Already, the shea butter - it's got two capital letters, so you can change that.
Speaker 1: Really?
Speaker 2: Yeah, shea butter is not a name or鈥
So, that needs to change. And also, 'labeled' - you need one more 'l', cos you've got the American spelling there.
Speaker 1: Didn't know that.
Speaker 2: Yes, you've got 'shea butter production'.
You can put a full stop there and start a new sentence.
Speaker 1: Oh, OK. I guess that way it's not as long, then, so we can鈥
Speaker 2: 'Not a minute can be wasted.' Just trying to find a word to just describe what Leo was going through.
Speaker 1: OK.
Speaker 2: Like 'laborious' or 'strenuous'. What do you think about 'labour-intensive'?
Speaker 1: Labour-intensive? Yeah, definitely.
Speaker 2: Yep.
Speaker 1: Yeah, happy with that?
Speaker 2: Yeah, that's ready to go.
Speaker 1: So, here's the news piece.
It is up on the website. I think it's looking fab.
Speaker 2: Definitely. I think it's a good platform, cos social media now is the way where companies can promote themselves.
Speaker 3: Hey, guys. Yeah, we've just got some news and feedback from Billy.
He's saying he's looked at your news piece, Hannah, and he really likes it.
Speaker 1: Really? Already? Fantastic!
Speaker 3: Yeah. He said he really likes it.
He's talking about, it's good to know where the product comes from.
Speaker 1: Good.
Speaker 3: One of our customers who regularly comes.
Speaker 1: (TO AUDIENCE) The way that we put ourselves across in social media is really important, because that's how we attract our customers.
