So...let's get straight to it...fancy coming on my "Curry On Camping" trip...well now you can, all you have to do is this:

In no more than 20 words tell me why you want to come, I've kicked things off for you all:
"I should go on Adil Ray's Curry on Camping trip because..."

So have a think but don't take too long...and remember that you don't have to use all 20 words - a few will do.

You can enter by using 1 of these three ways- Sorry guys but it's only ONE entry per person:

1) Email adil@bbc.co.uk

2) Complete the online form at bbc.co.uk/asiannetwork/adilray

3) or text CAMP, then a space, followed by your entry to 81869"

(Example: CAMP I'm an experienced camper, I love the great outdoors and I have always wanted to be part of the show)

Here are some important things you need to know:

  • Texts charged at your standard operator message rate

  • You must be 18 or over to enter

  • Only your first entry counts and you must include your name and location

  • Competition closes on Tuesday 15th September and I will announce the winner on Friday 18th September

  • Full terms and conditions on:

    • Oh I played cricket yesterday..first time in 15 years. Body aches. Scored 2 runs and took 2 wickets!
