I'm sorry you're having an issue with iPlayer. But it isn't really on-topic either, since this post is about iPlayer audience numbers, not iPlayer troubleshooting. I know these are can both be called "performance", but they're two different things. The best place for information and/or reporting any problems remains the .
Any iPlayer FAQ will give you an option to contact the team if it does not answer your question. Your message will go to the same team that I'd refer your bug report to.
