Hmmm... Pretty normal for a school/college nowadays...
Do you think there is another copy of the missing tapes? Surely there wouldn't just be one copy that someone could steal so easily...
And why is no one on the school staff suspicious about the missing tapes?

Also if the body is found and the police check the CCTV and see Christa entering the CCTV store cupboard (as the others would not show on film), they might think it was her that stole the tapes...?

1 - That's a really good point. If they find the body, know he was
murdered, then see her going into the office when no one else was around (maybe the person who had the shadow would dob her and adam in?)
she would be accused of the murder? The person who dobbed them in might be the murderer, just distracting attention from them?
Also, they could get more detention from going into the office, allowing more time for upcoming episodes. ;)
Can't wait until tomorrow!
By the way, some of the CCTV seems to be in really odd places, the murderer might put them there so he could frame others?
Just a thought.

maybe Mr Swan or another teacher threatened her into doing the murder or them. That's why she knows it's a man?

I expect this is just the BcH team being lazy? Or there just wern't enough cameras to take pictures of? Hepburn said earlier that half of the CCTV map was non-exstant in real life! :P

...I wonder why Christa is suddenly getting paranoid about being watched - these cameras will have always been in the school?
I supposed knowing a killer, who has access to the CCTV, is on the loose which is enough to scare anyone :P
I expect the fact that Adam cannot be seen on camera will come in use later on...

The amount of content in the updates this week makes me hope that tomorrow's episode is going to be a good one, and hopefully quite long :)

whilst the show displayed DVD cases these are probably the backup discs. Footage for that many cameras would fill even a large Hard drive in a day or two at the max. As for the camera shots, I agree likely to be done for expedience sake. Good show.

One thought on the Christa getting paranoid as the moon comes closer her senses increase as does her awareness. Small things get magnified, every whispered comment seems like a shout directed at her personally, it's like the whole world expands and contracts around her at the same time.

Just a thought.

I think we're meant to notice that the camera with 5 pictures (1,2,3 etc) has '6th form common room' on a sign next to it, and no. 6 written on the security box - so it's meant to be no. 6 on the map. This means it's pointing at the toilet door if you look at the angle of it?

I'm really hoping that when everything starts to tie together, the episodes will be a bit longer. I'm thinking that there might be a kiss between adam and christa? actually, more like i'm hoping that will happen, even though I don't want adam to be upset, but if they solve the murder then he will pass over right? And I hope this isn't a one off, that it takes Being Human's spot on sunday nights and 9pm on bb3, because Mitchell is supposedly gunna get killed by a werewolf. If he survives then they might well possibly be a fourth series, but if mitchell dies it's a bit pointless. I also hope that Becoming Human comes back with hour long episodes (heaven!!) so maybe they don't solve the murder and matt is still with them, like some people have said that they could go somewhere else...

The cameras are filming but my guess is they're only to be reviewed when an indecent has occurred. if nothing has happened there is really no point to waste any time. more a deterrent than anything else.

Im a teacher and they only review the cctv if an incident occurs and someone makes a complaint.

Most people forget about the fact that the cctv is there, but the investigation has brought it back into Christas mind. Maybe shes already transformed at school and is worried someone saw the footage.

Hi people! I'm back from half a day of shopping :-)
So... the watchers. Kinda ominous sounding! Personification, as my English teacher would say (applying human emotions/actions to an object)
I like the idea of the approaching 'monthly problem' enhancing Christas senses, and also the thought that she could have transformed in the school before. It would certainly seem like a good place to her. I don't know about anyone else, but my school is actually one of the only places I feel I belong, and makes me feel normal. Methinks a hormonal teenage werewolf would want a bit of normalicy when she changed, right? Well that's my theory anyway.

You've obviously noticed they've only taken pictures of 3 cameras which I think is not a clue.
What might have significance is Christa feeling watched. Wouldn't it be cool if they were left in the gym and locked in there by the killer at the end as it was a censsa-type trap and it turned out the murder was set up and they were being watched all along? Would be a very cool turn of events!
I don't think it'll happen though...

So what do we get from this?
1. Christa is feeling watched. Getting kinda paranoid, seems to think the cameras are there to spy on the students, rather than catch troublemakers. Could be because of the moon, could be because of the investigation or the murder.
2. Camera 6 has been hilighted. It definately points to the toilet door, and there are several photos of it. This may or may not be relevant.
3. Christa has a plan, which will no doubt be explained next episode.

Has anyone thought that, on the transformation side of things, Christa hasn't actually been watching the clock? I mean, she IS in denial, so what if she gets caught off guard by her transformation? It's not exactly something you can write in your diary... Nah I'm probably wrong.
