Lemur Woo-War!!! (as Borat may say)

What an amazing day. I feel slightly closer to nature today after opening the new lemur enclosure at Whipsnade Zoo.

Not only did i cut the ribbon - i also provided a head for the lemur's to jump on. That's right. I was in the enclosure with them.... check out this picture!

If that wasn't enough, we also had a tour of the zoo. Baby elephants and giraffe's were a real highlight. However - the real big moment for me was working with one of the old pro's of the animal industry. Barclay the sealion. I fed him bits of fish and threw hoops into his pool and he dived in after them. Amazing!!!!

So - thanks to everyone who made the day happen. Can't wait to do it again.

Breaking news - the Duke of Edinburgh is opening the Gorilla bit of London zoo today. Talk about jumping on the bandwagon!!! No original ideas anymore.
