Dom's new local radio job

Hey

Quick blog while we travel on the train to Norwich. It's actually just Jocelin and myself on the train as I had to wait for the rest of those 鈥淛ust Say Norwich鈥 t-shirts to be printed with Dom's face on them. Chris and the rest of the team have already arrived and are checking out the options for our night our in Norwich!

So tomorrow's when it's all happening.


During the show Chris and the team will be doing the show from the studios of Radio Norfolk, where Nicky (Dom's co-host) will be joining coming on to give Dom some tips on what to do when hosting his own local radio phone in show.

I will be out and about around Norwich giving away the t-shirts. Then at 10am Dom will start his show on 成人论坛 Radio Norfolk and you can hear the it live as it's simulcast here on the Radio 1 website. Just go to the homepage and click on the link!

Also, today we said a big goodbye to one of the team today 鈥 our Executive Producer Rhys. Tomorrow, we lose another member of the team. We haven't mentioned it yet, but tomorrow is someone else's last day. It's going to be an emotional one.

I am betting it aint long until you all drift across the road to the Radio 2. Hence the visits from the majority of the R2 presenters recently...

Bet it's Joce. That girls been drifting off for ages. She's landed a proper producing job hasn't she? Urgh. Will be a shame, loved hearing her voice whenever she was 'allowed' to speak! She was also absolutely adorable on the phone when I was a one-road traveller once.
