Its all gone quiet here - its the big Radio One away day - am currently in the live lounge where Dom and I do our prep work of news and sport. Normally I'd be having a cuppa and a chin wag with Jo Whiley's producers but today its a bunch of people I've never met before - we did see the Trevor and Simon lookalike mooching round with Jo last week...Dominic and I are excused from it as are Chris and Dave..But Aled and Rach are off paint balling or something - or generally doing team bonding exercises - ie here's some bricks and few planks now work out how to get from A to B - or the such like - ever done any of those?? Such a nightmare...Am sure we'll have plenty of stories to tell tomorrow..

Also thanks for all your suggestions on first dances for the wedding. Dom is suggesting we set up a poll for the listeners to vote on which song we go for!!! Think that would be hilarious but knowing your sense of humours are just as twisted as ours I don't think Captain Underpants would be too happy about it!!

Anyway have a good thursday!! Its Friday tomorrow!!! Yaaaaayyy!!!!
