Today this is what the team are doing...

Chris will be going furniture shopping and a run today.
Dave is going to the park with Jayne and Nicole.
Dom is going to be taking his son for a swimming lesson
Carrie is going to be on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳ London doing the sport (check Sky ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳1 in London if you want to see)
Aled will be going to the gym again today as he's moaning that he feels fat.
Rachel will be having a day of excercise - Rach will be swimming and running (although not with Chris)

Carrie will be doing her first Monday Blog Day soon where I'm sure she'll talk about her pleasent experience of eating Andi Peters' muffins!
