Chris - has a script meeting for the telly show, then he's having a big old run
Dave - is up to assorted business, then he's looking forward to The Apprentice this evening on ³ÉÈËÂÛ̳1
Dom - is doing some work for Dragon's Den, involving writing a script for 10 online pictures
Rach - is going swimming with her friend Rachel
Carrie - is painting her bedroom and is then watching the football tonight
Aled - is going for another run today, hoping to achieve 4 miles...then he's reviewing the first half of the Man Utd. game, providing he can withstand watching it
